How does it attach to the wall?
Two included adhesive strips sit in hidden recesses on the back. No drilling. We recommend Command™ Large picture-hanging strips for best hold. Follow the strip manufacturer’s surface, preparation and removal instructions.
Will it damage my wall?
That depends on your surface and how the strips are applied and removed. We cannot promise damage-free removal. Check the strip manufacturer’s guidance and avoid unsuitable or delicate finishes.
How much weight does it hold?
We have not published a tested maximum load. The holder is designed for one pair of football boots. Do not use it for other heavy equipment.
Does it fit children’s and adult boots?
It is designed for junior and adult football boots, with pegs 104 mm apart and 72 mm long. A specific fit for every adult size 12 style has not yet been verified.
Can I use a nickname?
Yes. Use up to 16 non-space characters: letters, numbers, spaces, full stops, apostrophes and hyphens. We make your name in bold uppercase.
Can I have a three-digit number?
The Kit Edition supports numbers from 0 to 99. Three-digit numbers are not available.
Is the lettering a sticker?
No. The name and number are separate, solid inlays pressed into the shirt. There are no stickers or painted letters to peel off.
What if the spelling is wrong?
Please check your spelling in the preview and confirm it before adding to your bag. We make exactly what you enter. If an entry looks unusual or accidental, we’ll email to check before production. If we make an error, we’ll put it right.
When will it arrive?
Each holder is made to order in 3–5 working days, then shipped. Transit time and delivery charges depend on the destination and service. We cannot guarantee an arrival date.
Do you deliver outside the UK?
Not yet. We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. UK orders over £50 qualify for free delivery.
Can I return a personalised holder?
Personalised items are excluded from the standard 14-day change-of-mind cancellation right. This does not affect your rights if your item is faulty, damaged or not as described; we’ll replace or refund it as appropriate.
Can I choose my team’s colours?
Choose any two different colours from our 13-colour range. We do not use club crests, league marks or licensed designs.
How do I clean it?
Wipe gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid heat, dishwashers and abrasive cleaners. The removable tray has drainage channels for easier cleaning.
What is included?
Your personalised holder, removable tray and adhesive mounting strips. Boots and other kit are not included.
Is there a discount for buying two?
Yes. Buy one holder and get a second at 15% off. The discount is applied automatically at checkout, once per order, and cannot be combined with other discounts.
Do you make team orders?
Yes: 5–9 holders receive 5% off; 10–19 receive 10% off. Orders of 20 or more need a custom quote. Email bootdock.support@gmail.com to arrange one.
