Track your order
Every holder is made to order in 3–5 working days, then dispatched. Follow it here, or use the links in your emails.
Order lookup on this page is being switched on. For now, use the View your order and tracking links in your order and dispatch emails, or email bootdock.support@gmail.com with your order number.
What happens to your order
- Order receivedYou get an order confirmation email straight away.
- In productionYour name, number and colours are made individually. This takes 3–5 working days. If anything about the personalisation looks unusual we will email to check before we start.
- DispatchedWe email you a tracking link as soon as your parcel is handed to the carrier.
- DeliveredWe send a short delivery confirmation, then a fitting guide and a review request a few days later.
