Making your holder
Production takes 3–5 working days. This is the time needed to make your personalised holder, before it is handed to the delivery service.
Working days do not include weekends or public holidays. If a personalisation needs clarification, it must be confirmed before production can proceed.
UK delivery
UK orders over £50 qualify for free delivery. For other orders, the delivery charge depends on the selected service.
Available delivery services and charges are shown at checkout before payment. Production time is additional to the delivery-service estimate.
Outside the UK
We currently deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. International delivery is not available yet.
Birthdays and other dates
We cannot promise an arrival date. Please allow for production and transit time when choosing a gift.
A faster shipping service shortens transit time where available; it does not automatically shorten the 3–5 working-day production period.
Tracking, delays and address details
Check the delivery address carefully before payment. The dispatch confirmation will provide the information available for the chosen service.
If an order is delayed or an address needs changing, contact customer support as soon as possible. Changes cannot be guaranteed once production or dispatch is under way.
